McKesson Health Solutions has made changes to the InterQual Level of Care Criteria for 2017. Beginning August 28, 2017, the Clinical Services ? Utilization Management department at AmeriHealth will use the 2017 McKesson InterQual Level of Care criteria for review of acute inpatient, acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, and long-term acute care admission. In addition, we will transition to the 2017 home care guidelines.
