Terms in the new Provider EOB and Provider Remittance are explained in the guides to assist you in interpreting your payments for migrated AmeriHealth Pennsylvania members.As previously communicated, for AmeriHealth Pennsylvania members who have been migrated to the new operating platform, providers will no longer receive the current Statement of Remittance (SOR). For migrated AmeriHealth Pennsylvania members, professional providers will receive a Provider EOB and facility providers will receive a Provider Remittance.
