Effective for dates of service on or after August 1, 2016, changes will be made by AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and its affiliates (AmeriHealth) to the standard professional fee schedule for AmeriHealth Pennsylvania professional providers.

To the extent that you are affected by these changes, AmeriHealth will notify you by mail at the end of April. For your convenience, we will also publish the updated fee schedules on AmeriHealth NaviNet^® Plan Central by May 1, 2016.
