As early as the 4th quarter of this
year, the NaviNet web portal will undergo a series of changes and enhancements
that will affect your day-to-day operations. AmeriHealth providers will begin
to see a difference in the look and feel of the provider portal, as well as in
transaction functionality.
We are committed to working closely
with our network physicians and hospitals to provide continued information,
support, and training for these changes. Details regarding specific changes
will be communicated through future articles in Partners in Health UpdateSM.
