Effective December 1, 2016, providers who submit paper claims will need to send them to a new address. The current P.O. Box is being retired and a new P.O. Box will be used for AmeriHealth claims.
We ask that you update any internal claims submission procedures and encourage you to start using the newaddress as soon as possible to avoid any potential delays in claims processing.
