Resolved: NaviNet and AmeriHealth had identified an issue with the Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transaction when searching for select members using name and date of birth, and we had asked that you temporarily use the member's identification number when initiating an eligibility search. This issue is now resolved.For more information regarding NaviNet transactions, please refer to the NaviNet Transaction Changes section of the Upcoming System and Process Changes web page.
