As of January 2014 and continuing through mid-2015,we are in the process of transitioning AmeriHealthPennsylvania members to a new operating platform,generally based on when the customer/member?s contractrenews.
During this transition, we will be working with you in adual claims-processing environment. In other words, asAmeriHealth Pennsylvania members are migrated, theirclaims will be processed on the new platform; however,we will continue to process claims on the current platformfor AmeriHealth New Jersey and Delaware members andfor AmeriHealth Pennsylvania members who have not yetbeen migrated.
We are committed to working closely with our entireprovider network as we complete this transition.Throughout this transition, we will continue to providecomprehensive communications and tools to support ourmembers and provider network.
