We recognize that some AmeriHealth members may have difficulty communicating 
because of an inability to speak or understand English. For these members, 
AmeriHealth provides free language assistance services through CyraCom?
 International Inc. Please instruct your AmeriHealth patients (or their 
friend or family member) who speak languages other than English to call the 
Customer Service number listed on the back of their member ID card and follow 
the prompts or wait to speak to a Customer Service representative. Members can 
also call to schedule telephonic interpreter services in advance of their next 
appointment.
AmeriHealth also offers free telephone language-line services (TTY: 711) for 
members who are deaf or hearing-impaired.
