Providers can conveniently manage inpatient and outpatient precertification
requests and treatment updates for their
patients who carry AmeriHealth Administrators ID cards via iEXCHANGE, offered
through MEDecision, Inc.
Changes were recently made to iEXCHANGE to simplify the tool. User guides
were created to help providers understand
the new look and feel, as well as how to use iEXCHANGE. The guides will be
available later this month on the AmeriHealth
Administrators web page under Streamline Requests with iEXCHANGE and will
cover the following topics:

- Outpatient Requests
