As previously communicated, significant changes were made to the NaviNet web portal in March. We encourage you to review the user guides and webinar listed below, which are posted in the NaviNet Transaction Changes section of our System and Process changes site.

Tiering information enhancements delayed

The tiering information enhancements that were scheduled for release on March 20, 2015, have been postponed. These enhancements will not be in effect until after October 1, 2015, when the transition of remaining AmeriHealth New Jersey commercial members to the new platform is completed. We will communicate more about this updated timeline later this year.
