The payer ID grids contain valuable information to assist you in claims submission, including alpha prefixes, payer information, and claims mailing addresses by product.

We are in the process of updating the professional and facility payer ID grids, including adding the new AmeriHealth Medigap product for 2015.

These resources will be available in early January as follows:

• AmeriHealth Pennsylvania. Go to the AmeriHealth Pennsylvania website.
• AmeriHealth New Jersey. Go to the AmeriHealth New Jersey website and select either the Facility Payer ID Provider Number Reference or Professional Payer ID Provider Number Reference from the list of documents.
