The Provider Satisfaction Survey is in the mail

We are currently conducting our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey. This survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and is your opportunity to tell us about your experiences with us over the past year with regard to:

  • claims processing
  • reimbursement
  • communications
  • provider relations and network services
  • prior authorization
  • technology
  • the physician peer-to-peer process

We look forward to learning about your experiences with us and hope you will complete our survey. Your response helps us to evaluate our performance and improve the way we do business with you.

Surveys were mailed to select participating physicians and office staff the week of July 25. Please note that the survey collection period will end the first week of September 2011.
