AmeriHealth New Jersey is announcing changes to the ePASS^® incentive program for 2016. These changes are based on a more than three-year analysis of the program.

As a result of the analysis, AmeriHealth New Jersey has decided to focus this initiative on commercial members. Therefore, ePASS^® submissions received on or after October 5, 2016, for Medicare Advantage HMO members will no longer be eligible for payment. Furthermore, the total possible compensation for certain AmeriHealth New Jersey commercial HMO, POS, or PPO members will change for submissions received on or after November 1, 2016. We will continue to limit the total number of electronic SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) Progress Note submissions to one per practice for each eligible member, per calendar year.
