Be on the lookout?
In early June, AmeriHealth New Jersey will mail out the 2014 Primary Care
Physician (PCP) Satisfaction Survey to our
primary care offices. The survey assesses the communication you receive from
our other network providers such as
hospitals and specialists.
Please take the time to complete the survey, as it will help us to improve the
continuity and coordination of medical care.
