Effective August 1, 2014, all hospital, ancillary, and
professional participating providers are required to bill Usual,
Customary, and Reasonable charges for covered services provided to AmeriHealth
members.
Updates reflecting this new billing requirement will be made to the
Hospital Manual for Participating Hospitals,
Ancillary Facilities, and Ancillary Providers and the Provider Manual
for Participating Professional Providers in the
sections listed below.
