For general CFID audit questions, please send a detailed inquiry to ahproviderauditinquiries@amerihealth.com. CFID will not respond to provider email inquiries submitted to any email address other than the CFID auditor listed on the communication or ahproviderauditinquiries@amerihealth.com.

Detailed user guides and webinars for many NaviNet transactions are available in the NaviNet Resources section. All office locations are required to have NaviNet access.
