As a reminder, the last day to submit an Initial Maternity Patient Questionnaire (IMPQ) for the Baby FootSteps^® program is this Friday, May 3, 2013. Starting next Monday, May 6, you will no longer have to submit the IMPQ. Instead, expectant members will be able to self-enroll into the program.
