On October 21, 2017, AmeriHealth will launch a newly designed member portal. The portal will include a more intuitive user interface, improved navigation, and seamless integration across digital and mobile technologies.
Our secure member portal, amerihealthexpress.com, is a one-stop destination for members to manage their AmeriHealth benefits. From the new homepage, members can:
- view, print, send, or order a new ID card;
- quickly find a physician or doctor through the Find a Doctor tool;
- see a list of recent claims, with a full list and more details just a click away;
- access Achieve Well-Being, an engaging online tool to keep members motivated to reach wellness goals;
- review messages from AmeriHealth that need attention;
- ask questions through the Ask AH smart search bar at the top of every page.
Members can log on to the enhanced amerihealthexpress.com using their existing login credentials.
Note: The new portal design will be integrated with our AmeriHealth Mobile app in the coming weeks. This free app allows members to connect directly through their own secure digital space, making it easier to stay on top of need-to-know personal health information.
