As of January 1, 2014, AmeriHealth is in the process oftransitioning AmeriHealth Pennsylvania members to a newclaims processing platform.
As AmeriHealth Pennsylvania members are migratedto the new platform, they will be issued a new memberID card with a new ID number. For this reason, it isimperative that you obtain a copy of the member?s currentID card at every visit to ensure that you submit the mostup-to-date information to AmeriHealth. Please also verifyeligibility and benefits using the NaviNet? web portal priorto rendering service.
ID cards for non-migrated members
Non-migrated members have a 10-digit member IDnumber to identify each member, and dependents havea unique suffix. We refer to this number as a ?uniquesubscriber ID? (USI).
