Specialist reports now available on IndexProTM

August 3, 2020

In an October 2019 Partners in Health Update article, AmeriHealth announced a new Provider Engagement Analytics and Reporting (PEAR) portal for participating providers. The first PEAR portal application introduced was the new provider reporting tool, IndexPro.

About IndexPro

IndexPro is an online, self-service, and on-demand reporting tool for providers in the AmeriHealth network. It delivers access to timely data, including clinical care gaps (e.g., colorectal cancer screening, mammography, diabetic care, etc.), and actionable incentive program reports, delivered through a secure web connection. IndexPro offers a centralized site for providers to review and compare their performance to their peers of the same specialty and identify gaps in care and opportunities for improvement. It provides a variety of practice-level reports and dashboards to show a real-time view of data specific to your practice or entity.

New! Specialist reports

Previously, the available reports on IndexPro contained information specific to primary care physicians. Starting in June 2020, reports were made available for four specialties:

  • Cardiology
  • Endocrinology
  • Obstetrical/Gynecology
  • Orthopedics

Specialists with more than 50 attributed members and entities can access these reports by selecting Report Center at the top of the page, then Specialist Reporting.

Practices can also review and download the IndexPro Companion Guide – Specialist Reports as a resource to help understand and navigate these new reports. To access the guide, click the information (i) icon at the top right of the page, then select Help & Feedback. The companion guide can be found in the Resources box.
