In April, AmeriHealth updated several policies. Recently published updates include:

08.01.80: Intravenous Ketamine (Ketalar^®) and Intranasal Esketamine (Spravato^®). Effective date, 4/4/2022.
01.00.12: Anesthesia Services for Epidural, Paravertebral Facet and Sacroiliac Joint Injections for Spinal Joint Management. Effective date, 4/11/2022.
