​Guidance issued by the federal government requires the suspension of timely filing requirements for up to one year during the federal Public Health Emergency (PHE). The PHE is currently in effect and has now been extended through October 13, 2022

AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey (collectively, AmeriHealth New Jersey) will be reprocessing claims that are affected by this guidance. Please note that there are some exceptions to this guidance.

No action is required by AmeriHealth New Jersey providers at this time.
