​Effective September 12, 2022, AmeriHealth HMO, Inc., AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey, and AmeriHealth Administrators will update their medical policy on hospital beds and accessories for Commercial members.

Face-to-face requirement language will be added for the HCPCS code:

• E0912: Trapeze bar, heavy-duty, for patient weight capacity greater than 250 pounds, freestanding, complete with grab bar
