​Effective October 15, 2022, AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey updated their medical policy on radiation therapy services for Commercial members.

Changes were made to the radiation therapy clinical guidelines, including criteria changes, treatment regimen changes, and coding changes.
