​Effective April 9, 2023, AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey updated their medical policy on musculoskeletal services for Commercial members.

On March 1, 2023, AIM Specialty Health^® (AIM) changed its name to Carelon Medical Benefits Management (Carelon).

Effective for dates of service on or after April 9, 2023, Carelon (formerly AIM) updated its clinical appropriateness guidelines for musculoskeletal-interventional pain management.
