The Quality Performance Measure (QPM) score program, a component of the Quality Incentive Payment System (QIPS) program, preliminary score reports and feedback forms are now available on PEAR Analytics & Reporting (AR), our provider reporting application within the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal.
Obtaining your reports
Once on PEAR AR, the reports can be found under Published Reports, which you can access by selecting
Output Manager at the top of the page. A navigational video is also available on the PEAR Help Center to walk you through accessing your reports.
For more detailed information regarding the QPM score program preliminary reports and elective feedback process, read the
QIPS program manual – Measurement year 2020, which can be found on the dedicated
Value-based program page. In addition, a
letter was sent to all QIPS-eligible offices on April 5 that outlines the details of elective feedback and how you can submit your completed feedback forms.
