There are three primary roles within the PEAR portal:
An Organization Administrator is one of two people who has unrestricted access to all licensed materials and license data including value-based arrangements delivered through the portal for your organization. They are responsible for enrolling in the PEAR portal and then provisioning access to the portal and to each application, as applicable, within the portal to end-users within a provider organization.
Location Administrators are assigned by the Organization Administrator and are permitted to delegate Portal User management responsibilities for one or more provider practice or facility that is granted access to the PEAR portal.
Portal Users are people in the practice or facility who are granted access to specific PEAR portal applications and roles as defined by the Organization Administrator or Location Administrator.
