The PEAR portal provides access to multiple applications to help you manage the care for your patients – all within one tool.
IndexProTM. The first PEAR portal application introduced in 2019 was
IndexPro, the on-demand reporting tool that allows you to review and compare your practice’s performance with peers and identify gaps in care and opportunities for improvement. A variety of practice-level reports and dashboards provide a real-time view of data specific to your practice or entity. The focus of these initial reports is for those participating primary care practices with a panel size greater than 50. However, we are
continuously working to enhance this application and will introduce additional
reporting capability for providers in the coming months.

PEAR Practice Management. We are excited to announce the newest application in the PEAR portal:
PEAR Practice Management. This brand-new provider engagement tool will replace the NaviNet® web portal (NaviNet Open). PEAR Practice Management is your connection point to the plan information and transactions you use every day in caring for your patients. It has been designed with you in mind, seamlessly supporting your daily interactions with our health plans to ensure a more streamlined and user-friendly experience, all through a single sign on to the PEAR portal.
PEAR Practice Management will be rolled out gradually in the first half of 2021. More information on your practice’s PEAR Practice Management launch date and how to get ready will be shared in the coming months. For now, continue to use NaviNet Open and refer to the PEAR Practice Management FAQ for more information.
