We are pleased to share that the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal is growing ​for participating providers.​​​​

About PEAR

​The PEAR, or Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting, portal offers a single point of entry to multiple digital tools for participating providers. The portal allows you to access information for patients who are members of:

  • Independence Blue Cross
  • Independence Administrators
  • AmeriHealth Pennsylvania
  • AmeriHealth New Jersey
  • AmeriHealth Administrators 

It provides fast, secure web access to applications designed to help you manage clinical and certain financial activities. In addition, it's a vehicle for you to obtain a variety of health plan information specific to your provider organization as it relates to providing care for your patients.



PEAR portal support

We are actively working on ways to support you in your interactions with the PEAR portal. In the coming months, we will be launching a robust help center within the tool itself. For now, you may find a growing library of high-level overviews of the PEAR portal, its applications, and detailed training materials to support Organization and Location Administrators on the Provider Administration Tool (PAT) and End User Management on our PEAR portal training resources page.
