We recently updated the payer ID grids to reflect the proper payer codes and mailing address for Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® plans.
You can find the updated professional and facility payer ID grids on our Claims resources and guides webpage. These grids provide essential details for claims submission, including prefixes, payer information, and claims mailing addresses by product.
For Trading Partners that submit claims via the Smart Data Solutions EDI gateway, the grids are also available on the Trading Partner Information Center.
