​As we continue to transition members to our next generation platform, we have updated the payer ID grids to reflect changes that will become effective July 1, 2024. 

Changes include new prefixes and updated product names. Note that you may see multiple prefixes for the same product until our migration to the new platform is complete. 

The professional and facility payer ID grids contain valuable information to assist you in claims submission, including prefixes, payer information, and claims mailing addresses by product.

Payer ID grids are also available for Trading Partners that submit claims via the Smart Data Solutions EDI gateway: Trading Partner Information Center.
