Independence Blue Cross offers Medicare Advantage members access to a variety of physical, social, and mental fitness programs through One Pass, a comprehensive fitness program.
Providers are encouraged to share the many fitness benefits provided through One Pass with their eligible patients, our members, to create a personal fitness experience tailored to their needs and lifestyle.
The benefits include access to a national fitness network, thousands of on-demand and live-streamed classes, social events, a BrainHQ training program designed to improve cognitive abilities, and home kits for members who are not able to access a gym.
Members can create a One Pass account and get a member code for access to in-person and online programs. Eligible members can obtain more information by visiting the One Pass Information page or by calling 1-877-504-68 30 (TTY/TDD: 711), Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
