Important! New menu options when calling Provider Services

​As part of our transition to our next generation platform, we are making changes to the Provider Automated System used when calling Provider Services at 1-800-ASK-BLUE (1-800-275-2583). 

Along with hearing a new voice when you call, you'll hear some new options. Please listen carefully to the new options so your call is properly routed. 

Once the Provider Authentication process is complete, the main menu will offer the following options: 

  • Eligibility
  • Benefits
  • Claims
  • Authorizations
  • Accumulators


The Accumulators option provides information related to the member's deductible and/or visit limit details.
