For self-funded claims processed on our new claims platform, you will temporarily see claim payments for Independence Blue Cross members included on Independence Administrators' remittances.
Once the transition to our new payment vendor – PNC Bank's Claim Payments & Remittances (CPR) service, powered by ECHO Health – is complete, payments will be disbursed from an ECHO-owned bank account.
