Updated payer ID grids now available

The professional and facility payer ID grids contain valuable information to assist you in claims submission, including prefixes, payer information, and claims mailing addresses by product.

The grids have recently been updated to reflect an additional prefix for the Account-specific National PPO product. Please be sure to download the most current versions, which are available on our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) web page under EDI Resources.
