The Provider Manual for Participating Professional Providers (Provider 
Manual) and Hospital Manual for Participating Hospitals, Ancillary 
Facilities, and Ancillary Providers (Hospital Manual) have recently been 
updated and are now available through the NaviNet® web portal. 
The manuals are located in the Current Publications section of IBC Plan 
Central.
To assist you in identifying the changes made, please refer to the new 
Revision History page, which outlines the revision date, a brief 
description of the change, and the section(s) of the manual that were impacted. 
There is a separate Revision History page for each manual. 
If you do not have access to NaviNet, you can register by going to NaviNet and selecting Sign 
Up from the top right. Paper copies of the manuals are available by 
submitting an online 
request or by calling the Provider Supply Line at 1-800-858-4728. 
Updates are made, as needed, on a monthly basis, so please be sure to check 
NaviNet Plan Central frequently to ensure you have the most up-to-date 
information regarding our policies, procedures, and programs.
