The ability to obtain batch eligibility and benefits information (270/271 
transactions), through either HDX or Passport, is currently experiencing a 
temporary issue. You may notice intermittent delays and an incomplete return of 
data for both BlueExchange® and local membership.
We expect this issue to be resolved by August 11, 2012.
