February 14, 2017, is the deadline for your electronic SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) Progress Note submissions for the ePASS^® incentive program for 2016. The eligible dates of service for this program are January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016. Also please note that, in accordance with the August 19, 2016, notice concerning the incentive changes that went into effect on September 5, 2016, the incentive payment is limited to one electronic SOAP Progress Note submission per practice for each eligible commercial and Medicare Advantage member, per calendar year.
