view patient eligibility, verify high-level benefit information, and check
claims status for your patients who carry an Independence Administrators ID
card.

- If you are already registered with NaviNet, select Independence
Administrators from My Health Plans in the Workflows menu.
- If you are registered and cannot access the IndependenceAdministrators Plan
Central page, please contact NaviNet at

- If you are not yet registered, please visit NaviNet to sign
up.
Providers who call Independence Administrators for eligibility, benefits, or
claims information on or after October 1, 2015, may be directed to use NaviNet.
