New Claims Dashboard Guide now available

We will introduce the new Claims Dashboard transaction on July 29, 2016, on the NaviNet® web portal. This transaction will allow you to view your Accounts Receivable in a more comprehensive manner. Claims Dashboard will provide you with access to view both pended and finalized claims.

You can download the recently published user guide for this new transaction from the NaviNet Resources section of our Provider News Center. If you have any questions about Claims Dashboard, please call the eBusiness Hotline at 215-640-7410.

Note: The data presented within the transaction is provided for general informational purposes. In addition, there is a lag time between finalized and pended claims data updates.
