• Preapproval/Precertification for Services. Review a list of medical services and injectable/infusion drugs that require preapproval/precertification.

Note: The Precertification/Preapproval List identifies certain services and/or items where the precertification review is delegated to either CareCore National, LLC d/b/a eviCore healthcare or AIM Specialty Health^®, independent companies.
