Provider Automated System change

Effective Saturday, February 13, 2016, a change will be implemented to the Provider Automated System. When you call 1-800-ASK-BLUE, be sure to say ?Provider? or press 1 when prompted to access Provider Services. Please note the change in the order of the options.
