Our smoking cessation handout was recently updated with new information and
resources specific to children and adolescents.
The smoking cessation handout is designed to give primary care physicians
information and resource links that can
be used when discussing smoking cessation with patients. This document, along
with documents on depression
and alcohol screening, is a result of Independence and Magellan Behavioral
Health, Inc. working together to provide
resources for physicians to use when assessing and managing behavioral health
conditions.
The handouts can be downloaded from the Worksheets,
Forms, and Guides section of our website or from the
NaviNet® web portal in the Administrative Tools & Resources
section under Health and Wellness. You can also request a printed copy of
