Update: SEPTA contract dispute resolved

SEPTA's Fraternal Order of Transit Police (FOTP) Union strike has ended. Benefits will be reinstated as of 12:00 a.m. March 13, 2019, for affected Independence Blue Cross and Keystone Health Plan East members in the following groups:

  • 10093795
  • 10093852
  • 10093741
  • 10095360 (vision only)
