New iEXCHANGE® user guides available on the IndependenceAdministrators website

Providers can conveniently manage inpatient and outpatient precertification requests and treatment updates for their patients who carry Independence Administrators ID cards via iEXCHANGE, offered through MEDecision, Inc., an independent company.

Changes were recently made to iEXCHANGE to simplify the tool. User guides were created to help providers understand the new look and feel, as well as how to use iEXCHANGE. The guides are available on the Independence Administrators website under Quick Reference Guides and cover the following topics:

  • Overview & Login
  • Frequently Asked Questions
  • Inpatient Tip Sheet
  • Outpatient Tip Sheet

Participating providers who have not signed up to use iEXCHANGE can register by selecting Register Now under ?Interested in getting iEXCHANGE for your office??
