National account customers ? large, multi-state employers throughout the United States ? require innovative health care solutions. To meet this need, IBC will administer a new arrangement for self-funded national account customers. This arrangement will utilize the Highmark Premier Blue Professional Network. Facility claims will continue to be processed by IBC for the Pennsylvania five-county service area.
