NaviNet® Alert! Temporary issue affecting batch eligibility and benefits information

Please note: Provider offices will not be able to obtain batch eligibility and benefits information (270/271 transactions) through either HDX or Passport beginning July 1, 2012. This is a temporary issue affecting BlueExchange® members only. You will need to utilize the BlueExchange® Out of Area Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transaction on the NaviNet web portal to obtain this information. We will post an announcement when eligibility functionality is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
