We recently made changes to the Quality Incentive Payment System (QIPS) program
for measurement year 2013 for participating primary care physicians in
Pennsylvania. Changes include, but are not limited to, updates to the following:
Medical Cost Management incentive program
Patient-Centered Medical Home incentive program
Appeals timeline

about these changes. Printed copies of the
