The Institutional Claims Resolution Matrix is to be used as a reference
tool to troubleshoot rejected institutional claims that have been submitted
electronically (i.e., submitted via the 837I transaction).
The matrix has been updated to include billing code 75X in the Error
Resolutions 837I column of the Edit #114 row.
This addition has been included in our Institutional Claims Resolution Matrix document, which can
be found on the Trading Partner
