Ancillary Providers have recently been updated and are now available on
the NaviNet® web portal. The manuals are located in the Current
Publications section of IBC NaviNet Plan Central.

For a list of changes that were made, please refer to the Revision History
page, which outlines the revision date, a brief description of the change, and
the section(s) of the manual that were impacted. There is a separate Revision
History page for each manual.

free account" button at the top of the page. Paper copies of the manuals are
available by submitting an online request or by calling
the Provider Supply Line at 1-800-858-4728.
Updates to the manuals are made as needed, so please be sure to check
NaviNet Plan Central frequently to ensure you have the most up-to-date
information regarding our policies, procedures, and programs.
